Nahi bhai! Yeh to chandan ka pedh hai, ise to chod hi dete hai…Yeh Aag kahega, Kya? Do you think the fires in the forest are selective ? Oh yes chandan has cooling properties, is sweet smelling, but that does not stop the fires from wiping out the trees .
Like trees we too are all different but when trying times come they affect all, Irrespective of how good we may be, factors like corruption, terrorism, and Drug Abuse can be compared to the fire which can burn down all humanity. We need to be careful of the company we keep, by just being good ourselves is not enough we need to keep distance from such company – which could burn us!
Says Chanakya:
दावानल चन्दन अदि को भी जला देती है।
The forest fire burns even trees like sandalwood.
Arey yeh to bahut asan hai, ise to mein do minute mein manaunga! It’s true many of us have the power to affect people , move them,change their ideas or decisions. But did you know you too are affected by the people you are around , By things you read, by things you see….many times without knowing! What company you keep, influences you too : positively to grow or negatively to fail..

Yeh to phool dene wala pedh hai! , But one that is dead! No matter how long we spend time pouring water to its roots, do you think it can ever give us a beautiful bloom again? The tree had become so big with love, patience and time invested on it, But now that it has no life, we need to let go. We need to find a new plant to nurture into a tree, another new koshish , another new idea to pour all these energies onto. We have to get up and move on, problems do occur but we don’t waste our energies focussing on what went wrong, instead we must find ways to rectify it . Naah! hume rukhna nahi chahiye! We must keep moving forward!

A man desiring flowers does not irrigate a dead tree.
Gussa karna ya rusna is no solution , Maybe doing so will only delay the attainment of a particular goal or job. Rage , irritation and being upset- Oh yes all of these take energy . But when we invest that energy in planning or finding a way around the challenge – we may actually find an excellent solution, save time and energy. What is more, being solution oriented comes easily and then it becomes a habit!

I bet you have not seen anyone without any enemies.Kya keh rahe ho? Ho hi nahi sakta! But there are many who have carefully, worked hard with people to reach this status. It is a task that needs intelligence , humor and far sightedness. The ability to Understand the futility of engaging in unnecessary conflict. The confidence to let go of stubborn ego and accept people for their difference – but it is only the Intelligent who do this! It is the people who know the power of friends, the power of human resources(people) – who can together build a dream or pull it in different directions or just break it down!
