I m not sure if I have a “green thumb”, But I love tending to plants & watching them grow. Im no expert but i’m learning how different plants need different quantities of different stuff and how they thrive, by trial and error.

Right now I’m focusing on increasing the number of plants I have, so 2 weeks back I had been to the nursery to collect 3 plants of which 2 are thriving but one as I placed on to the balcony floor cracked and then broke, completely spilling all the soil and the plant out onto the balcony. Due to shortage of time I left it there after collecting it together, but its roots were exposed and i was not able to water it for 2 days. It shrivelled and dried up..

After 2 days I got a new pot & potted the plant, and continued watering it keeping it away from direct sun. I wasn’t too sure it would revive, but continued watering in auto mode. Seeing no change after 3 days i moved it a little away from the other plants and the watering continued I couldn’t give up. After another 3 days I saw 2 new little green leaves sprouting and I was ecstatic. I couldn’t believe my eyes!

I was on top of the world and felt not going up achieved this! I truly felt powered up to repeat again and again such a process even in the future. Infact I researched on other ways to save a plant.

What opened my mind is the same principle could be applied to kids today.

What if broken kids, tired kids, kids who’ve lost their way, Kids who are dejected, Kids who don’t feel heard, or not Acknowledged…All of these youth can be turned around, All of these youngsters can grow up strong and confident, if we gave them the right nutrition, for their mind and soul. The kind of nourishment that is directly perfectly suited to them to their own individuality.

These are the principles we would like to bring to today’s youth. We want to give them time! We want to acknowledge their hearts passion, accept their inclinations and their love for particular subjects. If we Understand what makes their hearts sing, which career makes them pour out all their junoon & their energies naturally, and permit them to go all out right there. They would not themselves be screaming out with life but will be bringing a  huge, earth shaking change in the society too!
