Shri Anuj Ji Sharma

A pass out student from NID, India and went on to study Masters in High Performance Sportswear design from University of Derby, UK. He now runs his own studio from Ahmedabad, India “Not Just The Label” and deals mostly in developing new joinery systems for clothing. Anuj Sharma is a promising name in the fashion fraternity.

The prestigious Charles Wallace India trust scholarship in 2002 to study Masters in High performance Sportswear Design from the University of Derby, UK was awarded to the designer.

Anuj has designed performance wear for various high profile companies in India and has also been involved in various projects in the area of development of indigenous crafts and training of crafts persons.The designer was one of the five leading fashion designers from different Asian countries, who visited Japan at the invitation of the Japan Foundation in December 2006. The collections of T-Shirt were being designed for the tour was inspired by the colours and random patterns of fallen leaves on the ground at Ryoanji Temple in Kyoto.
